I know, I know. Such a bold statement for a recipe that has almost endless options. But if you're anything like me you've been eating banana bread since you were a kid. And growing up my mom's was my favorite (hi, mom!), but eventually you move out and have to figure out life on your own. I have tried dozens of recipes over the years that require special sauces, mixers, toasting nuts, etc. And many of them have some amazing and delicious results. But as with many things in life, quite often the simplest is the best.

All you need for this recipe is your mixing bowl and whisk!

My recipe is easy (one bowl!), healthy (low sugar!), and protein packed! The addition of the Vital Proteins Collagen Peptides makes it an even healthier snack because your body will metabolize the sugars more slowly.

It's also easy to make it totally gluten-free by just switching out the all-purpose flour for a gluten-free flour blend. You can even make it vegan with a flax egg. (Not sure what to do for that flax egg? Check out one of my favorite foodie blogs for simple instructions.)

It's the perfect combination of slightly sweet, moist and DELICIOUS!

I can almost still smell the banana bread baking and making the whole house smell amazing! We love all types of fresh bread but this is one that my kids ask for again and again.

So get out your mixing bowl & whisk and get ready to have some delicious banana bread in an hour flat! Do you have a tried-and-true banana bread recipe? I would love to know how you make this special treat for your loved ones!

And remember to save the free printable to your favorite Pinterest baking board and tag me in your awesome pictures when you make this treat!

Want to know a secret? I forgot to add the egg in this loaf and it still turned out awesome!

The banana bread recipe looks delicious and comforting, especially because it uses simple ingredients that many people already have at home. I always enjoy recipes that are easy to follow but still deliver great results. It reminded me of baking during study breaks to relax. While balancing coursework, I came across assignment help UK during a demanding semester. The post makes me want to try the recipe myself.

I enjoyed reading your banana bread recipe because it felt warm and simple to follow. It reminded me of baking at home during exam season when I needed a break from studying. During that stressful week, I even thought about pay for uni assignment just to manage my deadlines. Your recipe shows how comfort food can make busy days feel a little easier.
